Having worked in the photographic world for almost a decade I have not let my culinary talents fall aside. A great love for me is to host private individual safari tours and be given to opportunity to not only teach the art of capturing light in the amazing nature we have but to also cater and create personalized food experiences.
Besides this cooking at home and for friends has become something of an experience if you get an invite to a braai or a sit-down dinner.
